Renowned Senegalese musician Baaba Maal recalls his childhood growing up in the small town of Podor, and the changes in the environment that have taken place since. He talks of the affect on his friends and family: "These people, the rhythm of their lives are organised around the seasons", he says. "They must be lost now."
