Simon Maxwell, former Director of the UK Overseas Development Institute calls on governments to agree additional, earmarked funding for climate change mitigation and adaptation in developing countries. "My worry is that the children of today will suffer so that the children of tomorrow can be protected from climate change" he says, speaking at the European Development Days in Stockholm, Sweden.
